    Consent for handling of personal information

    d.s.SPERO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall strive to manage and protect personal information based on the following standards. The Privacy Policy applies when using our services on the internet.

    1. Purpose of Personal Information Usage

    The Company retains and uses its customer’s personal information for any of the following purposes subject to the status of its acquisition:

    • Personal information entered through a website managed and operated by the Company
    • Providing the Company’s services information for handling customer inquiries (including contacting customers) as well as corporate information
    • Personal information of individuals who applied for the Company’s recruiting process
    • To screen for recruitment decisions and to notify the results to the candidates

    The Company shall not disclose the personal information provided by customers except in the following cases:

    • Upon disclosure in response to a customer's inquiry or request.
    • Upon taking over business through transfer, or transferring business to a transferee
    • Upon an entrustee requires such information to perform business entrusted by the Company, only within the list of the purposes of use prescribed above.
    • When subject to laws and regulations, and when a provision of such information is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law.
    • When a customer’s consent is obtained

    3. External Entrustment

    • The Company may share personal information to an external entrustee to a necessary degree to perform the Company’s business.
    • Upon entrustment, the Company shall select an entrustee who meets its safety measures standards based on its selection process and provide appropriate management and supervision for the selected entrustee.

    4. Proper Management of Personal Information

    The Company strives to implement safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information provided by customers and business partners, and shall continually maintain and improve the Company’s personal information protection system.

    • Voluntary provision of personal information and consequences of non-provision:
      The Company handles the provision of personal information as optional, and users are liable for the content of the information provided. Nevertheless, the Company may not be able to accommodate customer needs in an event where the said information is not fully provided or any required fields are left blank.
    • Inquiries regarding personal information
      Users who wish to disclose, modify, add, delete, or suspend their registered personal information may contact the Company with the following method. The Company shall accommodate the matter as needed within a reasonable period of time by abiding the law and regulation related to personal information.

    5. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information

    • A customer may submit the Company a request to disclose their own personal information through the following contact information.
    • Upon receipt of such request, the Company shall verify their identity and handle the matter within a reasonable duration of time.
